The Victorians wanted every dining experience to be as special and memorable as possible.

Breakfast was no exception.

A side board groaning under the weight of food was normal and often kept warm in beautiful warmers such as this one.

Attributed to James Dixon and Sons, all three pieces are in fantastic condition. The lid's mechanism is smooth and balanced. The whole item is engraved with an intricate floral motif and whilst the plating has rubbed slightly in small places on the top, it is not noticeable through the engraving.

A special piece that you will find both functional and beautiful at the same time.
