This claret jug made at the turn of the 20th century is offered you in wonderful condition.

Made to a very high quality (maker unknown), the ornate silver plate mount has a classic Bacchus motif. The moulding of the Bacchus face and surrounding floral decoration is intricate and impressive.

The two cartouches are blank and ready for personalised engraving should you desire.

The Pegasus finial is striking and quite rare indeed whilst the detailed geometric handle remains straight and strong, ready to carry a full jug.

The wonderful glass has a delightful mix of diamond and straight cut design.

Finally, the star cut base is the sign of true quality.

A very special jug that deserves to be used and enjoyed every day.
