Art Deco Engine Turned Brass Cigarette Box

Art Deco Engine Turned Brass Cigarette Box

Here is a wonderful Art Deco item in the form of a brass engine turned cigarette box and dispenser.

Engine turning was very popular in the Art Deco period and refers to a fine geometric pattern that can be inscribed onto metal as a finish.

It is in great condition given its age and is offered without any scratches, marks or dents.

You can see from the photos that we have not polished it as we believe this adds to the authenticity of the item. You could however take a cloth to it and make it sparkle like new.

The boxes dimensions are:

Height: 8 cm / 3.25"
Width: 9 cm / 3.85"
Depth: 7.5 cm / 3"
Weight: 180 grams
