The ornate silver plate mount has a classic Bacchus motif with intricate moulding of the face and surrounding floral decoration.
The Pegasus finial is striking whilst the detailed geometric handle remains straight and strong, ready to carry a full jug.
The two cartouches are blank and ready for personalised engraving should you desire. The wonderful glass has a delightful mix of diamond and straight cut design.
A very special jug to be enjoyed every day.
Please note, as seen in photo 7, the lid does not close absolutely flush but it is minor and does not affect the usability of the jug.
