This is a very handsome Victorian wine bottle coaster.
Presented to you in fantastic condition, the silver plate maintains its brightness, showing no signs of rubbing or tarnish. The piece is beautifully decorated with a repeating column motif hung with a laurel leaf garland that wraps around the entire coaster. Internally, the base exposes the copper from which the item was made.
A fine example of an antique bottle coaster that is as contemporary today as it was 130 years ago.
