The craftsmanship on this vase is absolutely stunning.
Hand blown to create 2mm fine glass, then intertwined with a sinuous raised royal blue twist. The top has been uniquely moulded to reflect tulip flower petals. The base maintains its pontil - another sign of individual hand blown expertise.
There is the most minimal nibble to the rim that is only noticed when a finger runs over it.
A delight in design that is as much a piece of art as it is a vase.
