This silver plate novelty toast rack was made by Thomas Bradbury in the late Victorian period.
Taking the form of an elegant swan, the rack is offered in perfect condition. There is no damage or restoration and the silver plate remains in sparkling condition.
The swan's neck has been intricately engraved with hundreds of tiny feathers to provide authenticity, whilst the rack sits strong and balanced on four balled feet.
A wonderful antique item indeed.
