This is a high quality silver plate and glass cruet set made by James Dixon and Sons in the late Victorian era.

The set comprises salt and pepper pots, a salt cellar and a butter dish. Each piece is hand cut in a small lattice design and are without any damage or restoration. The silver plate shows some minor wear but only commensurate with its age.

The silver plate stand enjoys a very detailed raised design to its edge and is completed with an imposing tall handle to the centre.
