This authentic jug shaped cocktail shaker, made by James Dixon, represents classic Art Deco design.

Made at the height of the period, the planished (hand hammered) effect adds to the distinctiveness of the piece.

Presented in great condition, the silver plating remains bright. Internally, it remains clean and the cork on both the lid and spout maintain a tight close and show no signs of damage. The lid also includes an integrated citrus squeezer for added convenience.

There are two small dings to the side (see final photo) but with the planished effect, these are hidden quite well. One thing to note is the chain missing from the spout but this is not detrimental to the functional use of the shaker.

A fantastic example of a high quality Art Deco cocktail shaker.
