This gorgeous wine bottle coaster certainly makes an impact.
Elaborately decorated in an Art Nouveau design, the coaster has a dual layered pierced motif that repeats around the piece. On either side there is a beautifully crafted woman's face that is surrounded with bunches of grapes and vine leaves. Reminiscent of the more common Bacchus male form seen on wine artefacts.
The item, sitting on three clawed feet, is heavy and larger than standard wine bottle coasters.
An absolute delight that will be loved by Nouveau and wine enthusiasts alike.
