This is a rare and exceptional Victorian caviar platter.

The large and elaborately designed silver plate stand was made specifically to carry this unique mother of pearl platter. Speaking of the mother of pearl platter, its immense size creates an impact in itself, let alone when held aloft in situ.

Very impressive in its appearance, this set is proudly offered to you in fantastic condition. There is some rubbing to the base and one of the platter's guards is missing. Rest assured, the platter remains secure in place with the aid of the remaining two guards. You can see in the photos, that the platter has three minor chips to the rim, but as we are talking about an organic item, they do not look out of place.
