This is a beautiful example of an antique Victorian sardine box.

Offered to you with a matched sardine fork, the dish is in absolutely fantastic condition. The scalloped edged glass liner has no chips or signs of wear and sits in a simple yet elegant base with four balled feet and swing handle.

The lid has a much sought sardine finial that sits proudly at the top of this piece.

The silver plating to the base, lid and fork is in excellent condition.
